For this project, we have to create 1-4 mystical characters in Blender and create a 1.5 minute animation of the characters interacting with each other in their everyday lives. One of my favorite ways of creating art is through clothing design and sewing. I think it would be fun for one of my characters to be an article of clothing with a personality, and I am thinking a jacket. My idea is for the jacket character, "Fuzz," to have the ability to fly. The other character I create will be best friends with Fuzz, and when she puts Fuzz on, Fuzz can allow the other character to fly. I am not completely sure what I want the other character to look like, but I do know that I do not want them to have any big ears because I think that Fuzz's face will be on the hood of her jacket body. Fuzz will hopefully be able to fly from the ears coming out of her hood head. I also think it would be fun to create some imaginary trees or other plants that make up their magical little habitat. I am excited to try and create this, but I still consider myself a beginner in Blender, so this project will definitely consist of a lot of trial and error. For this project I will also be using the help of the "Blender Essential Training" creating a fish and a fish bowl tutorial found on LinkedIn Learning to help me throughout the process of creating my characters and animating them.
