For this project, we were required to make a video about our identity using premiere pro. I tried to show many different parts of my identity in an abstract way. This video touches on how the dreams I have at night are vivid and extremely meaningful to me, my anxiety, and how I try to spread happiness all the time even if that is not what I'm feeling. I find that many of the emotions I try to ignore while I am awake often express themselves while I am sleeping. I also make clothes and my passion for fashion and style is a big part of my identity, so I incorporated this by having the girl in my video wear a jacket that I made. The reason I did not use myself in the video and instead showed someone else was to show how I often feel really removed when I am opening up and showing my true self to others.
